Our client is looking for a switched on customer service/back office coordinator for their busy team.

Duties

  • Providing support within the Retail Operations business by processing transactions, documenting policies, processes and procedures
  • Providing excellent service to ensure customers are transferring and being billed
  • Ensure accurate and timely transfer & billing of customer contracts
  • Resolve a range of customer related issues

To be successful in this role you will;

  • Have a good understanding of the Electricity Retail customer life cycle
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience of the billing concepts of mass market and/or commercial and Industrial electricity customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Looking to relocate or happy to commute to Geelong as the role progresses

This is an excellent role for someone who has a mature approach to their work, is a team player. Ideally you will have experience working within the national Electricity Market – Retail, and associated customer back office operations, such as billing, network tariffs, service orders, new connections and customer transfers for a minimum of 1 year.
