Our client is looking for a switched on customer service/back office coordinator for their busy team.
Duties
- Providing support within the Retail Operations business by processing transactions, documenting policies, processes and procedures
- Providing excellent service to ensure customers are transferring and being billed
- Ensure accurate and timely transfer & billing of customer contracts
- Resolve a range of customer related issues
To be successful in this role you will;
- Have a good understanding of the Electricity Retail customer life cycle
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience of the billing concepts of mass market and/or commercial and Industrial electricity customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Looking to relocate or happy to commute to Geelong as the role progresses
This is an excellent role for someone who has a mature approach to their work, is a team player. Ideally you will have experience working within the national Electricity Market – Retail, and associated customer back office operations, such as billing, network tariffs, service orders, new connections and customer transfers for a minimum of 1 year.
